Join Athleta The Point Brand Ambassador, Nicole Foster, for her signature "Balanced Body + Mind" workout! We'll begin by warming up the body and mind with breath and mindfulness practice. Then we'll kick off the workout with a dynamic warm-up and core work followed by increased intensity intervals to strengthen, challenge balance and enhance flexibility (get ready for a good sweat!). We end with restorative yoga poses and coming back to a relaxing "savasana". Don't forget to bring your own mat!
